Prmary Contact Flag: indicates whether Client is the Primary Contact for their Employer. 

Valid Primary Contact Flags are:

• Emco_Primary = 0 ....... Contact is NOT Primary,
• Emco_Primary = 1 ....... Contact is Primary.
