Location Class
Each TLoca identifies a Location used by the Training Provider for Training Delivery.
A TLoca object has properties:

• Loca_Name = Name of Location,
• Loca_Code = Location Code,
• Address properties,
• Loca_Loading = Loading applying to funding for Location,
• Loca_Active = Flag to indicate Active Status.
