Each TVity indentifies a Visa Type.
A TVity object has properties:

• Vity_Name = Name of Visa Type,
• Vity_Code = Visa Type Code,
• Vity_Desc = Visa Type Description,
• Vity_Active = Visa Type Active Flag.

GetVisaTypeList displays a listing of all Visa Types.
