Complete 

Completed Flag for Event.
Valid Completed Flags are:

• Complete = 0 ....... Event not Completed.
• Complete = 1 ....... Event Completed.

 

 

ContractId 

The ID of a contract this event is linked to. Optional.
Either this field, or EnrolmentId, or neither, can be set. Both cannot be set. Only applies to client events. The contract must belong to the client that the event belongs to.

Description of Event. 

 

DocumentReference 

Reference for document linked to event. This is usually a full path and filename of a file that is linked to the event. Maximum length 255 characters. 

 

EnrolmentId 

The ID of an enrolment this event is linked to. Optional.
Either this field, or ContractId, or neither, can be set. Both cannot be set. Only applies to client events. The enrolment must belong to the client that the event belongs to.  

 

EventFinish 

Finish date and time of Event. 

 

EventID 

ID of Event. 

 

EventName 

Name of Event. 

 

EventStart 

Start date and time of Event. 

 

EventType 

Type of Event.
Valid values of EventType are:

• EventType = 0 ....... Client Event.
• EventType = 1 ....... Employer Event.

 

 

Identifier 

Identifier of the client or employer linked to the Event.
If a this is a client event, the Identifier will be the Client Code. On the other hand, if this is an employer event, the Identifier will be the Employer Identifier. 

 

StaffCode 

Client Code of Staff member linked to Event. Maximum length 10 characters.
