Details of whether the processed web enrolment was automatically transferred to an LMS for online learning  

 

ClientCode 

The client code of the client that was enrolled or made a contact.  

 

EnrolmentId 

The ID of the enrolment that was created for or already existed for this client. Does not apply to contacts.  

 

GivenName 

The given name of the client that was enrolled or made a contact.  

 

OtherName 

The other name of the client that was enrolled or made a contact.  

 

Surname 

The surname of the client that was enrolled or made a contact.  

 

TypeFlag 

Indicates whether this is an employee or a contact for the web enrolment:

• 0: Employee
• 1: Contact

 

 

WasAlreadyEnrolled 

Boolean indicating whether the employee was already enrolled in the occurrence, or the contact was already a contact for the employer.

• True: The employee was already enrolled in the occurrence and ignored (the client was not enrolled again), or the contact was already a contact for the employer.
• False: The employee was not already enrolled in the occurrence and was enrolled, or the contact was not already a contact for the employer and was linked as a contact.

 

 

WasCreated 

Boolean indicating whether the client was created for this enrolment.

• True: A new client was created for this enrolment.
• False: An existing client was matched and used for this enrolment.

 

 

WebClientId 

The ID of the web client that was processed.
