TAuthenticate.TAuthenticate Constructor (StatusCodes, string)

Create a 'Bad' TAuthenticate object

This is used when a problem has occurred. The properties of the TAuthenticate object are set to:

Token = '',
Status = iStatus,
StatusMessage = sStatusMessage,
Identifier = '-1'
TokenType = ''.
