TSMSRecipient 

Specifies an SMS Message to send. This is the code of the client to send the SMS message to, and/or the mobile phone number to use.
The behaviour will depend on which properties are set:

• ClientCode set and MobilePhone not set: The SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number set for the client in VETtrak, and sent SMS history will be recorded against the client in VETtrak.
