Identifier for Employer linked to contract.

Name of Employer linked to contract. 

 

EmployerContactCode 

The client code of the employer contact linked to the contract, if any 

 

EndDate 

End date of contract. 

 

ID 

ID of contract. 

 

Loca_Code 

Code of location of enrolment. Will be empty for a contract (where Rec_Type = 'C')  

 

OrganisationId 

Identifier for the organisation the contract is linked to. Only applicable if the Multi-RTO extension is being used 

 

Qual_Code 

Qualification Code of Qualification linked to contract. 

 

Qual_Name 

Qualification Code of Qualification linked to contract. 

 

Rec_Type 

Record Type.
For a Contract, Rec_Type = 'C',
For an Enrolment, Rec_Type = 'E'. 

 

StartDate 

Start date of contract. 

 

StateShortName 

Short name of the Australian State (VIC, QLD etc) for contract 

 

Status 

Name of the Contract Status. eg 'Active', 'Withdrawn', 'Completed', ...
