• 0: Assessed
• 1: Not assessed
• 2: Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
• 3: Credit Transfer (CT)

Unique identifier for the enrolled unit. 

 

Finish 

Finish date for Unit. 

 

Hours 

Hours for unit. 

 

ID 

Contract or Enrolment ID. 

 

OutcomeCode 

Code of the AVETMISS outcome for the result. 

 

OutcomeName 

Name of the AVETMISS outcome for the result. 

 

Percentage 

Result percentage. Null if no percentage has been recorded. To record this field in VETtrak, it needs to be turned on in VETtrak Global Preferences. 

 

Qual_Code 

Code for Qualification linked to contract or enrolment. 

 

Qual_Name 

Name of Qualification linked to contract or enrolment. 

 

Rety_Name 

Name of Result. 

 

Rety_Result 

Code for Result. Null if there is no result recorded. Valid values are:

• 0: Continuing
• 1: Not complete (failed)
• 2: Complete
• 99: Withdrawn

 

 

Sequence 

Sequence number for the unit in the enrolment's training plan. Will be 0 if there's no training plan. 

 

Start 

Start date for Unit. 

 

Unit_Code 

Code for Unit.
