TScle 

School Level Class
Each TScle indentifies a School Level. This class is used to record a Client's highest School Level completed.
A TScle object has properties:

• Scle_Name = Name of School Level,
• Scle_Code = School Level Code.

GetSchoolLevelList displays a listing of all School Level Names and Codes.
