TStat 

State Class
Each TStat indentifies a State. This class is used to record the State or Territory component of an address or location.
A TStat object has properties:

• Stat_Name = Name of State,
• Stat_Code = State Code,
• Stat_ShortName = Short Name of State.

GetStateList displays a listing of all State Names, Codes and Short Names.
